Returns are free and you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it back to us.

Contact us at info@awkwardsisters.co.uk with your order details and we will issue a free returns label for you and provide further instructions.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

If you receive a defective, damaged or the wrong item please contact us immediately at info@awkwardsisters.co.uk so that we can resolve the issue.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are free. Contact us at info@awkwardsisters.co.uk and we will provide you with further instructions. 

REFUNDS

You have 14 days upon receiving your item to return the it. Returns are free of charge and can take between 7-10 days to process.

Please return the item in its original condition. Once we receive the returned order we will notify you and refund you on your original payment method. 

At this point we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges outside the United Kingdom.
